Obtain a residency visa
You must be a UAE or GCC citizen or have a valid residency visa.
Complete training
You must complete a 30-hour training program offered by the Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI).
Pass the RERA exam
You must pass the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) exam with a score of at least 75%. The exam assesses your knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and practices.
